2. Nature of Products & Services

  • Vastu consultation services (online/offline)

  • Spiritual, traditional, and belief-based products

All offerings are rooted in traditional Vastu Shastra and spiritual practices.

3. Spiritual & Results Disclaimer (Important)

  • Our products and consultations are not medical, legal, or scientific treatments.

  • Results depend on individual belief, intent, and usage.

  • No guaranteed outcomes (financial, health, relationship, or otherwise) are promised.

  • Products are meant for spiritual, traditional, and belief-based use only.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer fully.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

  • Auryn International Private Limited does not store card or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or external factors.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

6.1 No Return / No Refund Items

Due to the spiritual, energized, and consumable nature of our products:

❌ No refunds
❌ No exchanges

Applicable to:

  • Energized salts and crystals

  • Ritual items

  • Customized or energized products

  • Consultation services (once delivered or scheduled)

6.2 Damaged or Incorrect Product (Limited Exception)

A replacement may be considered only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit, or

  • Wrong product was delivered

Conditions:

  • Unboxing video is mandatory

  • Complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Packaging and product must be unused

👉 Replacement is subject to verification and approval.
👉 Refunds are not guaranteed even in such cases.

7. Consultation Services

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once booked.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed once, if informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments without notice are considered fulfilled.

8. Product Usage Responsibility

  • Customers must follow usage instructions provided with the product.

  • Products like energized salts absorb energy and must be discarded as instructed.

  • Mahalaxmi Vastu is not responsible for misuse, overuse, or incorrect placement.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, text, branding, and product concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of Auryn International Private Limited.

  • Unauthorized copying, resale, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Auryn International Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse products or services

  • Make false claims or chargebacks without valid reason

  • Defame or misrepresent the brand or entity

Legal action may be initiated in case of misuse or fraud.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
